Christmas in July Frozen Smoothie
Enjoy this summer treat when you’re craving something a little festive
- 1 cup Raspberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1 cup Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1/4 cup Strawberry (or Cranberry) Juice

Combine Raspberries and Strawberries in Blender (or immersion blender bowl), add Strawberry (or Cranberry Juice) and Blend until smooth.

Transfer to Shallow Bowl and freeze for 30min (or until slushy, but not frozen)

Combine Pineapple Chunks and Yogurt into Blender and Blend until smooth.

Transfer to Shallow Bowl and freeze for 30min (or until slushy, but not frozen)

Take slush out of freezer and mix. Spoon into cup alternating flavors. Add straw and ‘swirl’ to give a candy-cane appearance.
