The size of the tree should be in proportion with the size of the convention hall. Make sure it matches the space. Do not bring either a large Christmas tree or a small Christmas tree. It should be of optimum size. Engage the entire office staff in decorating the tree. Give chance to people, who love to decorate the tree. Anything can go into make the tree an attractive piece. It could be colorful ribbon, lace and colored bulbs and so on. Other attractive hangings from the office can also make it to the tree. But make sure that the tree is not overloaded with attractive items.
Organize a Christmas feast by choosing a menu, which is liked by the entire office staff. It is better to opt for a common menu instead of ordering a whole range of delicacies. Organize games to regale the staff. It need not be intellectual games. The games should entertain the staff. Present a gift to winner of the games. It could be some small gifts.
