Light help!!!!

I'm going through my lights.I across 1 set only half of the set works the other half does not.I tested the bulbs with a tester and according to the tester they are all good.The fuse also looks good.Any ideas?

I've heard good things about the lightkeeper pro.

They are sold in Lowes, Home Depot and I think I saw them in Target.

as an electrician i think your problem is more likely to be broken cable or a faulty bulb holder.
that device looks like it allows you to test and repair bulbs and test fuses.this is fine but it it is a cable problem it wont help you. the fact that half the bulbs work means the lights are most likely to connected in parallel this allows some to work and not others.
