Each recipe below makes 3-4 doz. cookies.

1 Pineapple Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
A combination of any of the following to equal 2 cups:
raisins, crasins, nuts, dates, coconut, chocolate or white chips or anything else you can think of.........Mix all together.... ...drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350' for approx. 10-11 min.....do not over bake as cookies will get too hard.

OR.....

1 Red Velvet Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup of white or peppermint chips

Mix all together.... ...drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350' for approx. 10-11 min.....do not over bake as cookies will get too hard

OR....

1 box of any flavor cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs

Mix all together.... ...drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350' for approx. 10-11 min.....do not over bake as cookies will get too hard
