I'm sure everyone thinks because I'm a train fanatic Polar express would be my favorite.Truth be told I've been a huge Charles Dickens fan for as long as I can remember.I probably have every version of A Christmas Carol that's ever been made.Scrooge with Albert Finney has always been my favorite but the Patrick Stewart version of ACC is on the cusp of taking over first place.

'I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future!' Scrooge repeated, as he scrambled out of bed. 'The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me. Oh, Jacob Marley! Heaven, and the Christmas Time be praised for this! I say it on my knees, old Jacob, on my knees!' (Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol)

I prefer those movies that have a story line independent of Christmas, yet set at Christmas time - like "The Family Stone" and "While you were Sleeping"

Those two are my favorite Christmas movies. I also like Patrick Stewarts version. That's the one I watch mostly every year. (I also liked him in STAR TREK-Next Generation as Capten Picard)

I also likePatrick Stewart as narrator...
I have Christmas Carol in 2 audio cds where Patrick is the narrator, plays all characters and honestly, I have no words, the man is unbelievable...

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is my favourite Christmas film by far, I think it really shows what Christmas is like, dealing with putting up decorations and dealing with family coming over, it is such a good film, so funny too. I would reccomend it to anyone who hasn't seen it!
