yuck if you mean that Mexican sauce

    Mashed Potato Filling

    1/2 c Butter
    2 tablespoon Onion; - chopped
    3 Eggs
    1/2 c Celery; chopped
    4 c Bread; cubes
    1 cup Boiling water
    1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    2 cups potatoes; mashed

Melt butter. Add celery and onion. Cook until tender. Pour over bread
    cubes and mix well.

Add boiling water to bread and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients to bread, mixing well after each addition.
Finished product should be very moist. Add more milk if necessary.

Turn into 2 well greased casserole dishes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

    yep, that's what I meant

are you asking if we think your recipe is yum or yuck? we'd have to make it before we could answer so you might be waiting a while, Merry.
