    They are very similar to an Italian recipe I make called braccioli (beef rolls) - which are stuffed with cheese, bacon and herbs - but cooked in a tomato sauce with mushrooms! So I'll say YUM

    They made me think of Rouladen, but I can't remember what's in Rouladen.
