I don't know that anyone delivers on Christmas. I would assume most have the day off, but if you pay extra you might be able to get them to, or at least deliver them late on Christmas Eve.

You should look up local shops on the directory and if they have an online web, you could probably browse through and order them directly online.
Most likely the flowers will be delivered by Christmas Eve since most of the shops close on the day of.
