Well, I had only 7 people for dinner on Thanksgiving this year - the fewest ever. So, I have plenty of leftover turkey! So far I've made and frozen turkey tetrazzini and a huge pot of turkey noodle soup. The freezer is looking nice!

If it's pie, I eat it as is! If it's turkey, I like sandwiches. If I want to make a meal for family, I make Turkey Strata.

I normally just eat them the day after! For me, the leftovers from Thanksgiving almost seem to taste better the day after. However most of the time, my family divides up the food and its gone by the next day.
