In the UK we have our sales in december, usually from Boxing Day onward, although there have been an increasing number of desperate pre-chritmas sales on in recent years. Black Friday has yet to cross over in strength here, but I have seen a few referrences to it on TV shopping channels.
So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
Driving his reindeer across the sky.
Don't stand underneath when they fly by.
