The task bar is suddenly taking up a third of my screen and I can't figure out how to shrink it back to normal size. Can anyone help me?

Ha! I knew no one posts on Friday evenings. Anyway, I called my daughter and she walked me through the steps and it's back to normal. Yay!

Do you need help? I already forgot how I fixed it except I remember making a double point arrow on the top line, pulling it down and locking the task bar.

Now my printer won't print anything and my daughter couldn't fix it. It's an Epson Artisan837.

Correct me, please, if I am wrong, The Mole, but, MW, I think The Mole is saying that they would LIKE to have a big task bar because of poor eyesight. I'm just basing my assumption because of past posts about poor eyesight.

Oh! The task bar was large but the words were the same size as always. So it wasn't helpful at all. In fact, it was preventing me from seeing the entire screen online.

Ha! I'm lucky I can sign on most days. I'm always doing something to unwittingly change things!

You are right Steph. I'm sure there is a way of configuring the task bar to suit me but as I use a public-access terminal each time I log off my settings are lost. The sooner I can get hold of a tablet I can personalise to my specific needs the better!
