I'm thinking that Christmas is coming way too fast and I need to savor it. It will be gone before we realize it

Thinking of my daughter at school and how home time cannot come soon enough. Everything feels so unsettled after the events in China and Connecticut... I can no longer think of school as a safe place, or take for granted that my daughter will be there waiting for me to pick her up at 3pm. I really feel so very much for the families affected, so close to Christmas as well. It's just incomprehensible. Christmas break after this week, and not a second too soon!

I can´t stop thinking of the terrible things that happend in the school a couple of days ago. The news here in Sweden have coverd the story every day since.
My deepest condolences to families, relatives, friends and colleagues affected by this terrible tragedy.

I am also thinking about my niece's best friend. This young woman has a 3-month old daughter who was just diagnosed with leukemia. We are all praying for her. Some good news would help!
