When do you get your christmas tingle?

I know that some of you never lose it throughout the year but I'm getting it now! It must be the darkening evenings...
So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
Driving his reindeer across the sky.
Don't stand underneath when they fly by.

It can strike at any time! Usually just seeing a beautiful ornament will make me feel it.

Yes, I seem to have peaked by december as well. It's the anticipation rather than the event...

for me, it's definitely toward the end of August when summer finally winds down and the days get shorter. But like some have said here, it's more the anticipation than the event these last few years for me.

I feel it in the beginning of February, in July/August and definitely in November.
The holly's up, the house is all bright, The tree is ready, the candles alight; Rejoice and be glad, all children tonight.
