3 cups marshmallow cream
4 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 (140z) pack caramels
1 tsp water
6 cups finely chopped pecans
In large bowl, stir together marshmallow cream, sugar, and vanilla.
Turn out mixture and knead until all sugar is incorparated. Divide
into 6 pieces and form into 8" logs.
Place on pan in freezer while preparing caramels. Melt caramels
with water in top of double boiler or in microwave stir until smooth.
Dip each log into caramel, then roll in chopped pecans.
Refrigerate until set.
Wrap each log in plastic wrap; store in airtight container.
