i thought i saw some christmassy decor at some place last week but i can't remember
I've spotted the first wrapping paper and gift bags on sale in Poundland. No doubt the 99p store (about ten miles to my nearest branch) will have them in at about the same time..

No signs here yet except for venues advertising to make reservations now for Christmas lunches/functions etc.
This coming Sunday is Father's Day in Australia and once that's over there'll be lots of 'glimpses of Christmas' with the department stores opening their Christmas Trim section around the end of September ...![]()
Not a sign, yet.
But, in a month or so, first shop in town will be dressed in Christmas.
