OMG. It was a horrible weekend. We went away from Friday til Sunday so we caught the rain while driving. It rained for 4 straight days. Between the rain and the snow that it melted, there was massive flooding all over the tri-state area (NYS, NJ, CT). Many people lost power, century-old trees just came down because the ground was so saturated. The roof collapsed on my friend's son's school (school was just built last year) - they think a tornado may have touched down. My town has one main road in and out and that was flooded. It took us an extra 45 minutes to get back into town.

Anyway - the sun is shining today!
