Wooden Star

So back in Jan we moved into a house and boy do we love it here, we have a peek at the fount of the house and Dh wants too make a big wooden star for up there, Afriend of ours is going too give him some tobacco slats too put togather, Once it is all nailed togather I am going too paint it and attach the lights to it, I hope it turns out great!!!

I don't know what tobacco slats are, but this sounds great to me! Be sure to take a photo next December.

I know I hope it turns out good...A Tabacco slat is just a long peice of wood were there Sew tobacco on too put it in the kiln too be cured....They dont do it as much as they use too as the amount thats grown in my area is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down from when I was a kid!!
