does it taste like bruselsprouts ?
And this shall be a sign unto you: Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, Lying in a manger.

No! It's a much more carroty taste. I know that it may be difficult and/or expensive for some of you to find a parsnip in places where they are not part of the cusine, but it's worth a taste! If you have the right soil and conditions you could even try growing your own...

So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
Driving his reindeer across the sky.
Don't stand underneath when they fly by.

Roast Parsnips are amazing! Roast them with a little bit of honey or maple syrup (i have experimented with both and prefer maple syrup) Definitely recommend them if you havent tried them before!
