It's that time of the year so I thought I'd start a thread where you can post both those things that make you feel really great about the season, and theose unfortunate moments that really spoil it all for you.

So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
Driving his reindeer across the sky.
Don't stand underneath when they fly by.
I love how most people are in the Christmas spirit and all happy etc. and I love how everyone's houses are decorated, bright lights, the cold dark nights with lovely warm orange fires. Decorating your house, buying gifts for everyone. When it snows and it's beautiful and clean sheets of fresh white snow everywhere, so refreshing. It's the time when all the family get together, you have amazing food, and you can get drunk. There are so many positives.
Can't actually think of many bad things about it..maybe just the fact that you have to see all of your family, and if you don't get on with some of them it's not great really, then probably another thing is that you sorta lose contact with friends, I know it's only for a few days, but because Christmas is mainly family time, that's the only depressing thing about it.![]()

This is what I mean by a Bah Humbug! I wonder what, or more likely wasn't, going through the minds of the people involved...
