Today I have baked lentil and vegetable moussaka, which I'm going to freeze and later I'll be making vegetarian cottage pie for tonight's dinner

I might try my hand at some of those infamous brownies... but I don't know whether I trust myself not to eat them all!

Nope, once you've had one you'll want another.....no good for dieting..I know lost loads of
weight but have slowly put it back on, I'm in the 'what the heck mode' and 'you only live once' mode...
