What is on my mind is mummy-guilt. My eldest daughter burnt herself today on my GHD hair straighteners I always put them up high after I unplug them but I must have left the cord dangling over the edge of the dresser today because she managed to pull them down and burnt her thumb pretty badly. I had to take her to the minor injuries to get it dressed and have to take her back again tomorrow to get the dressing changed. I feel like world's worst mummy, and yet she still gave me a cuddle before bed and a look that says, "You're the BEST!".

Surely being told "your the best" must prove your not the worst mum on the planet?

Some wouldn't even care if their child burnt themselves :(

My son told me he loves me. Not quite as much as he loves mommy, but he still loves me though. HA!!
