I bought myself a latte from an express cafe, and my 3 year old was asking for a milk, which they don't sell. After she had given me my latte, I had paid etc she poured some milk into one of the plastic smoothie cups and gave it to my daughter - she didn't charge me. I hope she feels proud of herself: It was a small act she absolutely did not have to do but she made my daughters' day
