2 egg whites
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup fine granulated sugar
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry, beat in 6 tablespoons of sugar, a spoon at a time. Beat until it forms peaks. Add vanilla, then fold in the rest of the sugar. Shape with spoon on cookie sheet. Bake in 250 F. oven for 50 minutes.
Makes about 18-20 kisses.
