Did the earth move for you?

Greetings to all of you ATC forumites living on the US east coast. When I heard the news of the earthquake I thought of you all. Fortunately there was little in the way of damage or casualties, it wasn't a repeat of New Madrid...

Did any of you feel it?
So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,

It was quite the experience! I work on a high floor and felt the tremor. So glad it's over...

I was driving to the mall and didn't feel anything, but they felt it at the mall and were all talking about it. My daughter felt it at work!

If it's not one thing it's another. Irene wasn't as bad as hyped but my thoughts are with anyone who suffered from the flooding.

I googled the news for Sloatsburg, strewth! you've really been hammered! I hope the clear up and reconstruction goes quickly.

Amongst all the damage did the wind and rain strip all of the leaves or do you still have some leaf-peeping to look forward to to lift your spirits?
