    hot chocolate, topped with whipped topping then sprinkled with nutmeg or crushed candycane..ohh soo good..lol i want some now..

    Coquito... It Puerto Rican eggnog...It's delicious. You can have it alcoholic or my way non-alcoholic..Here's the recipe:

    SERVES 4 -6

    Ingredients

    * 2 cans coconut cream (Coco Lopez is the best)
    * 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    * 1 can evaporated milk
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 1-2 cup rum (optional)
    * 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    * 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

    Directions


    1.Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 5 minutes.

    2.Refrigerate.

    3.Serve cold, sip and enjoy.

    sounds sweet and delicious. My sugar levels are rising just thinking about it.(I am diabetic)

    Traditionally you make it by crushing anise seeds, stirring them through milk, adding sugar and heating it up.


    I have never made it the orginal way myself, because the easy way is just as tasty. I make it with premade anisecubes(the sugar is already in them.)
