Anise Nut Bread

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sugar
cup finely chopped nuts
1 egg
1 cups milk
teaspoon McCormick Anise Extract
1/4 cup oil

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir in nuts. Combine egg, milk, anise extract, and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Mix just until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake in 325 F. oven 1 hour. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
