Steady on! They'll break you in gently with those tins of christmas sweets (sadly more expensive and less per tin than last year) as well as some christmas cards. Beware of supermarket pricing, sometimes if you wait a week or so you'll get two tins for £10 rather than one, their prices go up and down like the volatile stock market.

If the weight isn't reduced it's the quality of the 'chocolate' that suffers. They're not what they used to be...

There some tins in our local shop are 9.75,trying to get rid of last years stock methinks.Another few weeks and they'll be be two for ten pounds,dare say I'll have to buy two

Just been to our local Garden Centre and they have some Christmas tree's on the
shelves and they have blacked out windows which is to say they will be starting the Christmas Display.
It usually takes about 6 weeks for them to get it done..
