Iran is not a new enemy if you will recall - by their own chosing. Obama's voice sounded the same as ever, even as it did back in his campaigning days. I am not saying that voice enhancement is never used, but that maybe the press in Britain used it on Obama's voiceThere is, unfortunately, no withdraw from Afghanistan in sight.
