    Christmas/New Year's Vacation/Holiday - Anyone Traveling?

What's everyone's plans? Anyone going to a destination like the Caribbean or Europe? Singles: I'd be especially interested in your plans being that my blog is geared toward this topic. But I'd like to hear from all! Thanks!

    I myself am staying home.

A few years back, when my sister and I were both still single, my parents took us out to Vegas over Christmas. That was SO much fun!! Having a family of my own for the holidays sure is fun, but I absolutely miss being single as well!!

Ooo .. single or not, if I ever tried to go anywhere away from the Family for Christmas I would have been disowned and family members would never speak to me again.

New Year's however I have been to Montreal, Quebec, Canada a couple times, that's always a good time. It's kinda like New York, but cleaner and more people speak English.
"I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round, as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys." ~Charles Dickens
