I don't know if you can find them in the US. In fact, it's a german tradition, and there are now to be found in France as well. The gingerbread is soft, and covered with milk chocolate or plain chocolate.

If you think about it, they really wouldnt be too hard to make. Just make, or buy gingerbread, and then dip them in chocolate. I think I will try that sometime.
