I have the worst sweet tooth! My favorites are salt water taffy- the ones with the christmas tree in them and of course ribbon candy. My Grandma used to keep a bowl of the ribbon candy on a table that was especially for us kids.

My Aunt Margaret used to keep a box of ribbon candy at her house anytime you wanted one. She has been gone for almost 12 years now. I really miss her. My mom likes the ppermint nougats that was mentioned with the tree in the middle

Yes my grandma passed away a couple of years ago- it isn't the same as buying your own. We always felt like we were participating in something special just for us. That is okay there is always time for more traditions with my kids and future grandkids.
