I have never seen the Nutcracker.
Maybe I will watch it. I dont know. In Germany I read the movie will come out in February ... oh dear ...

This film I have mixed feelings on. The first 10 minutes of the film are breathtaking and feel like an old fashioned Christmas movie. The children singing to a nice little tune with their grandfather and it just feels like an old fashioned movie. Then Mary dreams and the whole movie turns around and doesn't seem to flow right. I don't hate it, it's just different and not your typical Christmas movie.
