Is me is the year going by too quickly? I'm already get ready for haloween N/A XMAS

Is it me or is the year going by too quicky?! For a start I cannot believe we aint in the noughties anymore! But I must say, more then half way through the year, already thinkin about haloween but... DON'T EVEN MENTION XMAS! Anyone else think the year go by wwaayy to quickly or for that matter shocked that the radio no longer says playing songs from the 80s 90s and today but the 90s 00s and today?!

Our local radio is still playing 80's records, but beware, this station is dire!

I think that time, or our perception of time, speeds as we age. That and the events of the year become more commercialised and hence our in our view sooner.
So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
Driving his reindeer across the sky.
Don't stand underneath when they fly by.

Cool, I listen to Heart which plays new and old music varity rather then 100% chart stuff and 100% classics, I like commercial music which why I listen to radio, but I think the best place for music commercial and underground is youtube.
