Yea, it's 8:25 am and the temp is 29C/84F already. Yesterday at 4:30 pm when I was leaving from work it was 39C/102F. Yuck yuck yuck.

Still very dry, yet warm and humid here in West Sussex with no respite to our drought. I tried watching the QVC Christmas in July but I think it must be the sticky heat that made it fall flat for me. Also the new ARGOS (ARRRGH!OS) catalogue was released this weekend, there were barely two pages of Christmas decorations, perhaps they'll do a supplemental update in October...

I was gutted when I opened the new Argos to see so little in the way of Christmas stuff maybe the Tesco Direct one may have more.
