    I run 5 days a week and still have not lost a pound..

    I dont know, maybe, I eat too much when I get back home, as Im very hungry after 1 hour running..

    I have just lost another 1/2lb so now only two more to go

    to be the weight I was before christmas...

    Well I have finally cracked it..... so now on to the next challenge and

    lose another 4lb, but not having a time limit though. Just nice and slowly..

    Thats the best way to lose weight, my friend.. Slowly..

    Of course, Im only in the beginning... After Christmas, my stomach has used to eat what an elephant eats, so I have to try harder, I guess...

    Tinkerbell, you make it sound so easy. I actually lost weight over the holidays, 4 lbs but I have now put back on almost 3. I get so excited and busy at Christmas time that I forget to eat! Funny, I can remember exactly how to eat now.

    Its been hard work really.. but I've been at it since 28th Dec 08 and total lost so far
    46lbs......
    Just changing your lifestyle and portion size..thats whats done it for me.....and execise,
    well lets say not alot..

    Keep going its worth it in the end...
