    wow, those are cool. Where did you get them? I mean, have they been passed down through your family? or did you get them from a thrift store or what? and how old are they, would you say?

    Hi, my mother-in-law gave them to us quite a few years ago, I think they

    are from the second world war not sure of the exact date now, but I

    will find out...they are very fragile so I dont have them out....

    Just thought people would like to see them..lol

    Do they have an Antiques Roadshow type show in your area? You should get them appraised, out of curiousity.

    I love vintage ornaments like this.
    I often wonder if our LED lights and multi-coloured garlands of today will one day become classics like those decorations of years-past.

    Love these , we have a few left and even some saying merry Christmas and a happy new year 2000 LOL.
