Oh, my. My husband always says that the tree looks very nice. He really doesn't care at all and never remembers what it looked like the year before. He just wants me to be happy. We have three grown girls and a grown boy. The oldest girl never says anything, the second girl never comes home for Christmas, the boy and his wife never say anything, and the youngest girl always says what she really thinks.
It's sad when someone doesn't like or notice your decorating, because usually you're thinking of other people, as well as yourself, when you do it, hoping to bring pleasure.
