We open one on Christmas Eve, then the rest Christmas Morning.

Christmas Eve we do my parents house and her mothers side of the family.
Christmas day we do our family at home then go to her fathers side.

We wait until midnight on christmas eve, then open all of our presents. We usually end at 4 am when everyone passes out

Growing up, it was on Christmas Eve, and that is still my favorite time. My husband preferred Christmas morning but the kids and I always convinced him to let us open one gift on Christmas Eve. Now we wait till Christmas night when all the family gets together.
The greatest gift I ever received was wrapped in swaddling clothes.
