Vegetable-Beef Burgers

A little different twist on a family favorite. Serve with lettuce, tomato and sliced avacado.

1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 small very firm tomato, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper,finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and form patties; grill or pan fry in a little olive oil.
