I don't know what's for dinner tonight.

Last night my children had macaroni cheese, baked beans, broccoli and carrots. I made a ratatouille for my husband and I. It was delicious with large pieces of baked red and yellow peppers, aubergine, onion and broccoli soaked in a lovely red wine sauce (is it big headed to call a sauce / meal that I made lovely? It was, though!).

Will have to have a think on what to make tonight. I might go for a shepherd's pie with the weather turning chillier
