I decorate a little for almost every holiday. I do the most of course for Christmas and running second is Halloween and some fall things. This year I didn't do Halloween tho.

I start mine Thanksgiving weekend. I use to get in done than but now it takes a little longer.

I have learned a few years ago if you don't get all the decorating done that you want it really doesn't matter. I do what I can do and leave the rest because I would rather enjoy the holidays...

I think that you have me beat with nutcrackers. I only have about 40 or so. Didn't put them out because didn't want the kitty to have to much fun ruining ALL my decorations.
