All our Christmas stuff is in the same place in the attic

We don't have room for another tree up!

But I may set up a small tree in my son's nursery for him to look at. His room is Peanuts themed and I have a TON of Snoopy and friends ornaments.

We have a card holder that hangs on the wall. We leave it up all year long and put up Birthday or other cards as we receive them.

Black Friday. After shopping, we set out all the decorations.

My mom use to use this velvet feel one with white trim, something very simple. Last year, I quilted a skirt for our tree. It's dark red with dark green trees.

I love shopping for stocking stuffers all year long!

I always buy a few series ornaments.

It's not really a trick.

But since I have a small child, I make sure to hang all my favorite breakable ornaments on the top out of reach. I'm still teaching him not to touch the tree (at least...

I wrap then tie a ribbon on.

We have a bench at the foot of our bed. I store all the gifts I buy over the year in the bench.

I always put candy canes on.

My mom has used the SAME candy canes for years.

I buy Hallmark ornaments every year. They are the only place that sells nice Peanuts ones.

Putting up decorations, listening to music, watching the movies, baking cookies... the usual I guess.

How do you buy your Christmas decorations?

Do you buy new ones every year? Do you use the same every year? Do you make alot of decorations? Is there something you always make sure to buy?

We don't usually have a theme. I just really enjoy getting otu the same decorations year after year.

My family always used beads asI was growing up.

I use a ribbon with wire in it. I tie the bow right under the star.

The most I do is put out xmas towels and maybe a ceramic piece on the sink.

Hate it. It gets into EVERYTHING. And my tries to eat it so we can't put it up anyways.

Usually the day or two after Christmas. Since we put it up on Black Friday we are anxious to take it down.
