Yesterday my bofriend and I were the recipient of a random act of kindness. We were in Poland on holiday and wanted to take the bus to the airport for our flight home. When we wanted to buy bustickets the driver wouldn't accept our money. He said the bill was too big. Out of nothing a Polish man stepped forward and bought us 2 tickets. We wanted to exchange info to pay him back and he wouldn't hear of it and just said it was a gift. It was a small amount(about €3 total) but he saved the day.
MW, that is SO neat. and Elvira, what a wonderfully nice thing for that man to do; I'm glad he was there when you needed it.
