Easter Food

I always make Red Beet Eggs.

The last couple of years though I gave them to our son who takes them to a meal at his church.

This is what we do every Easter Sunday.
We dye the eggs in red dye too.

Are those lambs or goats that are being roasted? How long does it take?

And your eggs have red shells, right? What do you use to make them red?

They're lambs and it takes about 4 to 5 hours to roast. It's a lot of fun.

I use this http://www.greekshops.com/detail.asp...=5201535045305 to dye the eggs and I only use the red color as that's the tradition.

We always have sliced ham & cheesy potatoes for Easter.
