What have you baked today?

Never made the cookies yesterday - so it looks like today!

24 mini cakes. For school snacks.

6 Breaded Chicken
6 Breaded Pork
4 Toad in the Holes
6 Sage/Onion Chicken all with Roast Potatoes, veg and Yorkshire Pud and stuffing..

Well I baked and cooked (Thanksgiving) enough for a while. Taking a break!

3 Loaves..

5 Loaves and 1 litre of Yogurt..

Baking with the children today, just made a batch of Mince Pies, now I'm attempting a fructose free alternative for my daughter who is fructose intolerant. Sweet parsnip and pumpkin pie coming up... I hope it tastes okay!

Made my annual fruitcake yesterday!

I've never had homemade fruitcake before, but I imagine it is much better than the usual store bought kind (which I don't care for.) I think you ought to make more and send us each a piece. I'll be waiting for mine to arrive in the next couple of days. :elf1:

HaHa - my husband is crazy for my fruitcake - so there won't be any left to send. Homemade is FAR superior (and expensive to make)! You wouldn't even realize that they are both fruitcakes!
