1 pack Black cherry jello mix
8 oz cottage cheese
1 can cherry pie filling
1 container cool whip
1/2 bag of mini marshmallows
mix cottage cheese and jello mix together, add cherry pie filling, mix together.
add cool whip mix until blended then add marshmallows. CHill for 24 hours then serve.
when I make this there is never anything left over.

* 150g feta cheese
* 150g ricotta
* 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
* 2 tsp. mayonnaise
* 4 large tomatoes
* 2 handfuls rocket washed and dried
* 4 tbsp. vinaigrette
* 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
* 1 tbsp. basil pesto
* to taste ground pepper
1.Combine the feta, ricotta, mayonnaise, pepper and chives to make a spreadable filling.
2.Wash and dry the tomatoes.
Slice a very thin slice from the base of the tomatoes so that they will stand steadily on the serving plate.
3.Slice each tomato horizontally into 4 equal slices.
4.Place the bottom of the tomato on an individual serving plate and spread with a layer of the cheese filling then top with the next slice of tomato.
Repeat until the tomato is reassembled.
5.Toss the leaves in the vinaigrette and vinegar mixture and place around the tomatoes.
6.Drizzle a little pesto around the plates and over the tomatoes.
