I watched a show on HGtv yesterday called decorating on a dime. and they used pictures and covered their computer screen took the sd card to the photo place and had poster size pictures made to wrap gifts in. and they also used freezer paper and painted it with gold and silver paint and wrapped gifts in it. they had some creative ideas! I enjoyed the show!.

thanks for the link Bob. I like the candy tree ideas. but I also feel it is a little wasteful too so I am undecided on it ! Maybe I will try one later!

Those are cute candy trees. I think I may try one (if I have time) for my DD class party. It would be nice as a decoration and then when they leave for the day they can get a piece of candy off it. I have made the gum drop ones before.
