How can I not get notifications of replies to my posts via email? There must be an obvious way of doing this but as I am visually-impaired and only able to focus on a small section of the screen it is more than likely that I'm missing the link!

Go to User CP and you will see your Control Panel in the left.
Go to Settings & Options and click on Edit Options
Choose anything that suits best for you, from Messaging & Notification
