I am surprised to see the listing of Deviled eggs. My family never serves Deviled eggs for Thanksgiving, it's with our Easter dinner. Interesting.
Thanks for all the replies, I enjoyed reading them. And may you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with family, love, good food and giving thanks to almighty God.
Yes Noelglori, I was very surprised to see deviled eggs listed more than once! We never have these either, never knew that anyone ever did!!!
Our Thanksgiving Menu is:
Sweet Potato Crunch
Green Bean Casserole
Grandma's Pink Stuff
Another one listing deviled eggs!!! I love deviled eggs, I just never thought of them for Thanksgiving, yet 3 people on here listed them!!!
GET READY TO COOK!:elf3:
Here's another one for deviled eggs! :waving:
My Mother always made them at Thanksgiving. She made that and stuffed celery - celery stalks filled with cream cheese and blue cheese mixed together, with paprika sprinkled on top and cut into pieces.
My favorites for dinner...
Turkey and gravy
2 stuffings; one with apples and raisins, and another savory one
Home made cranberry sauce with raspberries and orange
Pearl onions in Cream Sauce
Mashed Turnips ( I would never eat them as a kid but I always make them)
Green bean casserole
Apple Streudel, Pumpkin Pie, Cherry Pie and Pear Pie. And something chocolate. ;)
~~~ Happy Thanksgiving! ~~~
