I don't know that I have a favourite xmas song, but my least favourite springs to mind: The Christmas Shoes. I don't know why, but I've never liked that song. Can't stand the guy's voice. It's like he's trying too hard to sound like an emotional rock star or something. It just doesn't work for me.
As for my faves, I'd say:

Well, it is not exclusive just to a movie, but I love "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" by Johnny Mathis in Home Alone 2...I just love that song anyway!:smitten:
